What I like about these is how stunning they are, I love the mesh transparent side fabric and the love heart details on the side, at a time when you may not feel so beautiful, these make you fell that little bit more beautiful, no bulky pads getting in the way of feeling like that. They are also very comfortable so far no irritation and easy to clean rinse with cold water and put in the wash job done.
Contain the period and don’t leave a mess, very comfortable. I’ll be using these instead of pads or tampons as it’s so much more comfortable.
I’d change them each morning and night and that worked well for me. My periods aren’t very heavy, I’d say medium flow for the middle days and a lighter flow for the first and last day.
