I brought these because I was led to believe that the gusset went all the way up the back of the pants. My biggest issue with period pants is leaking at the back. Whilst they do go up higher than other period pants I own and this is much appreciated, they don't go far enough back for my liking.

Currently use a period disc but wanted an alternative for pads for when i dont feel like using my disc. This is perfect for me

I cannot rate this highly enough. They are extremely comfortable, absorbent but most importantly do not feel like a nappy like some other brands! You can hardly notice that I’m wearing “period” pants vs granny pants you may put on for a period anyway. They are easy to wash and quick to dry afterwards. I have been using these for a few years now and have just bought extra pairs for heavier or longer cycles for my convenience. I also have them in beige and purple and cannot rate highly enough. They come in a very discreet easy box when shipped and I have saved so much money with these instead of throwaway pads. I also use sometimes as a backup for tampons instead.

I've owned these for years and only now I'm needing to replace some and I've added a few more to my collection because they are so great. They are fantastic period pants, which I use alone on lighter days or as a back up to my menstral cup on heavy work days. I'll never stop buying these pants 😁

I love that these are cotton and breathable and that the cut fits me very well. Bought several pairs and an delighted.

I ordered these and the full briefs. Both described as medium. But the gusset these is smaller, in comparison these are light. Please be more consistent with what you describe as medium. Is it 3-4 tampons or 4-5?

I bought these originally from Matalan, who then changed their design & the trim came away from the edges after washing.
So I hunted for La Luna online & am delighted to find direct supplies of the original style which is so comfortable, oh by the way I use them for peace of mind, in case of a little incontinence.

I'm thoroughly impressed with these. Excellent quality and absorbency; they last all day even on day 1 and 2 of my period! They're so absorbent that, despite regular "gush" moments, I feel dry again shortly afterwards and I don't have that awful feeling that pads give, where you're basically sitting in a wet nappy. They're so thin, too! You could get away with wearing them under leggings too, if it weren't for the seams around the absorbent section which do show through a little bit. Still, far better than reusable pads I've used previously, which are super bulky. They come up quite high on my body (to my belly button), which I thought I'd hate, but turns out it's actually super comfy and feels like it supports my bloated period belly without compressing it. I have a short torso, so maybe they wouldn't come up as high on everybody.

I'm currently in the midst of my 2nd natural period I've had since quitting the contraceptive pill, so my flow is quite unpredictable at the moment. But so far these pants have not let me down and I really trust them!

Great fit, very comfortable & easy to wash

I actually bought these for very mild incontinence, and they've been great. They feel just like everyday pants, but make me feel confident should I have the odd leak. The super soft gusset comes up higher at the front, which is a must for me, and the pant material is slinky and breathable. They cold wash well and dry quickly, so have everything I was looking for.

I'd also noticed that lots of incontinence pants had hardly any gusset. This gusset comes up higher in the front, which for me is a must. They are cold washing great and dry quickly. Wearing them I feel secure and sexy. What's not to love?!

Great speedy delivery. Lovely fabric and colour. Gusset seems a bit wide and very small sizes, Just sized up in second order. Not worn yet, but expect they'll be great.
