This month I’ve been trying @loveluna.uk period briefs and they are so comfortable whilst giving me the full protection I need. They are also really affordable and only cost around £10 per brief.

You can use them to replace wearing sanitary pads as each pair has the same absorbancy level as 3 pads or tampons. Personally I'm a Mooncup kind of girl but these make for a great back up if you're worried about any leaks.

I brought these for urinary incontinence and I’m so glad I did! At 34 I never thought I would need to wear pads continually and now 7 years later I have finally found the most comfortable absorbent underwear ever! I
I brought these because I was led to believe that the gusset went all the way up the back of the pants. My biggest issue with period pants is leaking at the back. Whilst they do go up higher than other period pants I own and this is much appreciated, they don't go far enough back for my liking.
