thegreenerguru You can use them to replace wearing sanitary pads as each pair has the same absorbancy level as 3 pads or tampons. Personally I'm a Mooncup kind of girl but these make for a great back up if you're worried about any leaks.

The second one I've bought for my daughter. She is in Swim Squad and this costume gives her the confidence to keep swimming throughout her menses. It's discrete and also fits underneath her waterpolo costume when required.

I have tried many period pants, but these are the best ☺️ super comfy and the fabric breathes through, so you won't feel uncomfortable or sweaty while exercising. I bought 10 pairs 🤣😁🙌
