Contain the period and don’t leave a mess, very comfortable. I’ll be using these instead of pads or tampons as it’s so much more comfortable.
I’d change them each morning and night and that worked well for me. My periods aren’t very heavy, I’d say medium flow for the middle days and a lighter flow for the first and last day.
excellent price..good delivery but run small sizing with no option to return..so now stuck with them!
