This month I’ve been trying @loveluna.uk period briefs and they are so comfortable whilst giving me the full protection I need. They are also really affordable and only cost around £10 per brief.

You can use them to replace wearing sanitary pads as each pair has the same absorbancy level as 3 pads or tampons. Personally I'm a Mooncup kind of girl but these make for a great back up if you're worried about any leaks.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE ECO PERIOD, PEOPLE ❤️I'm giving these #gifted eco period Bikini Knickers from @loveluna.uk a go today! The brand have recently launched in Sainsbury’s and they are at a super affordable price point.
I cannot rate this highly enough. They are extremely comfortable, absorbent but most importantly do not feel like a nappy like some other brands! You can hardly notice that I’m wearing “period” pants vs granny pants you may put on for a period anyway. They are easy to wash and quick to dry afterwards. I have been using these for a few years now and have just bought extra pairs for heavier or longer cycles for my convenience. I also have them in beige and purple and cannot rate highly enough. They come in a very discreet easy box when shipped and I have saved so much money with these instead of throwaway pads. I also use sometimes as a backup for tampons instead.

I've owned these for years and only now I'm needing to replace some and I've added a few more to my collection because they are so great. They are fantastic period pants, which I use alone on lighter days or as a back up to my menstral cup on heavy work days. I'll never stop buying these pants 😁
These are really comfortable and feel like I'm just wearing regular pants. I've not tested the period feature, but I'm wearing them mainly for protection as I'm perimenopausal and never know when my next period will be.
