Know your flow: Our undies have 4 clever layers to lock everything away and keep you dry, comfy and confident. These briefs are designed for medium+ flow coverage and can absorb up to 15-20ml (3 - 4 regular tampons). Wear them on their own or as a backup - only you know your flow.
